All our design furniture products are original from the period circa 1900 to circa 2000 which means our items are not new. Our items are in very good or excellent condition, if not otherwise mentioned. Any exception, damage, malfunctions etc. will be mentioned in the article description. For any extra information about specific items it is always possible to contact us by email. If there is any doubt from the customer about one of our products, we suggest to first come and take a look before purchasing. The state or condition of any electric device or machinery can be found at the article description.

Product Availability:
Our availability information is updated regularly, but it is possible that in some instances an item may become unavailable between updates.

Prices:
All prices on 20century.eu's website are in English Pounds. and exclude any packaging or shipping cost. 20century.eu has the right to change prices due to currency fluctuations without prior notice.

Ordering:
When ordering products 20century.eu will not be using your personal information for any commercial purposes or selling them to any third party. Although 20century.eu updates the website frequently it can happen that a product is already sold. We will try to minimalise this inconvenience.

Payment:
For all products the payment has to be received before 20century.eu can ship, send or deliver any products. After order and price confirmation from 20century.eu; payment must be made in Euros. Payment is accepted through the following methods:
* By bank transfer to the 20century.eu bank account,
* By Paypal through registered email.

Sending:
20century.eu is able to send design furniture worldwide from our address to the customers address or to a nearby ensemble place for shipment, depending on the preference and wishes of the customer. All our shipment is done by official shipping company's specialized in transport over land, sea or by air. Any shipment is done in consultancy with the customer. All costs for shipping and sending products as well for an optional insurance will be charged to the customer. All risks for shipping or sending products will be customers responsibility.

Insurance:
Goods are insured on request.

Packing:
All our 20century.eu products are well and professionally packed according to industry standards, depending on how the product will be sent or shipped. All costs for packing will be charged to the customer.

Returns and refunds:
We describe our items online to our best intentions. If for some reason, you are unhappy with a product that you have ordered online, you can return the product within 10 days of receipt. Under all circumstances the product should be in the same condition as when you bought the product. Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.

Lost or damaged:
20century.eu will make every effort to ensure your items arrives safely at it's destination. In case of any of damaged or lost items due to sending or shipping please report immediately by emailing to 20century.eu. All claims for damage or loss must be accompanied with a statement from the local shipping or sending company's office.

Guarantee:
20century.eu sell's only products which are in good condition: any inconsistencies are mentioned in the description. When purchase agreement is final, the customer agrees on the state or condition of the items at the time of buying. If there are any complaints please inform us in writing including a copy of your invoice.
