Order information.
- Each item has an item
number, you need to note this number as you will be asked for
it on the order request form.
- Open the order form and
fill in all the requested information. The textfields with an
* are required fields. Only completed forms can be processed so
make sure when ordering to include your address and zip/postcode
and code of item of interest.
- When your order request
form has been received we will confirm its receipt and put the
item on hold for you. In our confirmation we will inform you of
the shipping costs so that you are aware of the total price. There
is a 10 day holding period after we have sent you the email for
you to confirm that you would definitely like to order this item.
If you do not respond within this 10 day period the item will
become once again become available for other interested customers.
- After we receive confirmation
of your order we will send you an invoice. We should receive payment
within 14 working days of sending you the invoice (unless otherwise
agreed to by prior agreement).
- Once payment has been received
we will ship the item to you according to what has been agreed.
